It is not just some conservative Indians who think so...African country enacts a new law making it Illegal to wear revealing clothes!

Swaziland, a small African country enacted a new law in an effort to prevent rape. The new law makes it illegal for women to wear miniskirts, low-rise jeans and midriff-bearing tops. Police spokeswoman Wendy Hleta stated that reading on “social networks” she discovered that people “have a tendency of undressing people with their eyes.” Hleta also claims that those behaviors escalate when women wear revealing clothes. Hleta went on to blame rape on revealing clothes. “Women who wore revealing clothes were ultimately responsible for rapes committed against them.” Women arrested for wearing the banned clothing would face a six month jail term. Hleta stated, “The act of the rapist is made easy, because it would be easy to remove the half-cloth worn by the women. They will be arrested.” “I have read from the social networks that men and even other women have a tendency of undressing people with their eyes.
