Tragedy in Gurgaon

An attendant at the Toll plaza in Gurgaon, Haryana was shot dead  when he insisted on payment of toll fees from a car owner.
The attendant was shot by an occupant of the car for which the toll was demanded.

Is life not even worth a 'Toll'?
