SC breaks CBI shield for PC

After much haggling and stone walling the of the CBI it was forced to bring P.Chidambaram under its scanner for his role in the 2G scam due to the persistent efforts of Subramaniam Swamy. Much remains to be seen now as to how or how much the Cong' party and the govt would allow the investigation to progress!

Would it be appropriate to say that the CBI was dodging to initiate proceedings against PC?
